    • An adventure around Krakow's astounding mounds

Krakow’s mounds form some of the icons of the city’s panorama – experience peak Krakow with a mountain bike adventure to two of them, as well as eclectic sites of cultural interest. Enjoy the benefits of bike rental and a family-friendly day tour suitable for children.

Beginning in Blonia Meadows, your bicycle tour kicks off a green theme as you cycle through this expansive natural oasis. You’ll ride to the Norbetan Convent, majestically perched on a rock curiously made of oyster shells. Home to a Romanesque portal and a baroque church, the convent is an eclectic collection of intriguing architectural styles. Cycling on to the Tadeusz Kosciuszko Mound, modeled on the prehistoric mounds of Krak and Wanda and built in 1823, take in the path that spirals spectacularly to the top. Your day tour continues to the Jozef Pilsudski Mound, Krakow’s largest and newest mound standing at a height of 35 meters. Krakow’s ZOO is home to approximately 260 species, 1500 animals, and is the next stop on your mountain bike tour of Krakow’s outdoor curiosities. You’ll cycle on to the Camaldolese Monastery on Silver Mount, known for its beautiful turquoise turrets and many enchanting hermitages.

This is a unique bike tour of Krakow’s curiosities – not to be missed!
