Discover diverse Dublin in a day
Go beyond ‘The Pale’ and see the major attractions of Dublin on this intriguing guided bike tour, with the added benefit of bike rental.
Your knowledgeable guide starts you off at Dublin Castle, sitting at the highest point in the city and currently the seat of Irish government. Formerly a motte-and-bailey castle, this landmark is one of Ireland’s most important buildings, and certainly one of its most impressive! Cycle in the shadow of picturesque St. Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1191 and an exceptional example of Gothic architecture.
Next, park your bikes up at Temple Bar and discover this pub’s reputation as Dublin’s friendliest drinking establishment. Your bicycle tour then continues to an entirely different watering hole, the Dublin Docklands, lining the River Liffey. Here, get a taste of innovative Ireland and take in the Talbot Memorial Bridge. Riding through Georgian Dublin, you’ll feel the history all around as your guide reveals the legacy of Irish high society, reflected in the exquisite buildings passing by.
This is the day tour for those who want to discover authentic Dublin in all its diversity.
